Product inspections are a good quality control tool to ensure that the product appearance, functionality and other criteria are in compliance with your requirements. Pro QC International offers product inspections at various stages of the manufacturing process to assess the quality of the goods. Our quality experts in Thailand are trained and experienced in dealing with a variety of consumer and industrial products such as hand and electrical tools, furniture, electronics, mechanical parts, medical products and much more.
Prior to the start of mass production, our local quality engineers verify that the engineering of the product – drawings, parts, functions and other specific requirements – conform to your specifications. This process ensures that specifications are well understood, verified and documented.
An in-process inspection allows us to detect errors that might lead to a non-conforming product before production is completed. Quality engineers verify that the manufacturing processes are reliable and consistent, and that the products coming off the production line are in accordance with your requirements.
Performing pre-shipment inspections helps reduce the risk associated with receiving defective product before shipping the goods. Our quality inspectors provide detailed feedback and images to document any non-conformity as part of our comprehensive inspection reports.
During the inspections, our quality engineers would generally employ metrics such as ANSI Z1.4 sampling plan standards to evaluate workmanship, functionality, packaging, labeling and other criteria as required.
Pro QC reviews and checks against existing client specifications but we can also assist in the development of criteria if desired. Our engineers use Pro QC’s report forms with relevant check points for the product/part being inspected, or we can work with checklists/report formats provided by our clients. Reports including images will always be available online within 24 hours of completion of the service.
At the end of the supply chain, we offer container loading supervision at the factory or at majors ports to ensure safe transportation and delivery of the goods to their final destination. This quality control point supervises the loading process and involves monitoring the quantity of the packed goods, checking the storage and condition of the container before and after closure and whether the goods are correctly handled/placed into the shipping containers.

1. Design Stage The product development life cycle begins with idea generation, concept development, and market testing. For example, the E-Bike handlebar is designed with the form, fit, and function in mind that best serve the market/user’s requirements and the overall aesthetics of the final bike. Although Pro QC do not actively get involved in this stage, a postmortem investigation with many of our client often reveals the following challenges. Product Development In this stage, the engineers will refine the design and define the engineering specifications of the handle such as material properties, dimensions, weight, and other requirements while satisfying different product and safety compliances. 6. Production Planning Production planning is an administrative process that involves ensuring that sufficient raw materials, components, staff, and other outsourced processes such as secondary processing are procured to create finished products according to the specified schedule. 7. Incoming Quality Control Incoming quality control is required when all the procured material and components arrive at the factory. This is the first step in controlling the production process and resulting product quality. Understanding how a factory manages its incoming material and its supply chain is a very good indication of its commitment to quality. (The saying goes: Garbage in, garbage out.)
